Preschool Registration Form 2012-2013

General Information

St. Andrew's Preschool offers a program for children 3 and 4 years of age. Children entering the Age 3 program must turn 3 by December 31 of the year of attendance and must be toilet trained in order to attend.

The Preschool program is theme and literature based. Activities are designed to meet individual, group and developmental needs. These needs will be met through playful, hands-on experiences in a variety of curriculum areas.

Preschool Days, Hours and Fees for 2012-2013 (fees subject to change):

  • Age 3 & 4 Program: Mon, Wed, Fri (8:50am - 11:20am)  $165.00 per month

Yearly Schedule of Operation:

St. Andrew's Preschool will begin in early September and close near the end of June.  The preschool will close for statutory holidays and school holidays (Christmas and Spring Breaks).

Other Requirements:

  • There is a non-refundable $25.00 per student registration fee for the preschool program.
  • A fully completed registration form.  Preschool Registration Form 2012-2013 (pdf)
  • A copy of your child's birth certificate.
  • A copy of your child's immunization record.

Fees are due on the first of the month. Fees may be paid by automatic bank withdrawal. We will accept post dated cheques for the school year. Please make all cheques payable to St. Andrew's Elementary School. Fees are non-refundable if your child is away. Please note that yearly fees are divided by ten - the number of months the Preschool is in operation each school year.

If you withdraw your child from the Preschool program, you must give one month's notice in writing or pay one month's fees in lieu of notice. Fees and all other financial matters are handled at the school's office located in the main school building.
