Group Child Care 2012-2013 Registration Form

GENERAL INFORMATION

St. Andrew's is proud to offer a comprehensive licensed Out of School Care program to meet the needs of hard working parents. Students registered in the Group Child Care Programs are eligible to take part in the following programs:

• Before School Care - 7:30 - 8:50 am
• After School Care - 3:15 - 5:30 pm
• Professional Development Days -(Superdays) - 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Break Programs (Christmas, Spring and Summer Breaks) - 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE

St. Andrew's Before and After School Care Program is offered to students of our school from Kindergarten to Grade 7. Students registered in the program are placed in age appropriate groups with a Supervisor for each group.

NON-SCHOOL DAYS

Care on non-school days in available only to students enrolled in the Out of School Care Program. For an additional cost, programming is available during Professional Development Days (Superdays), Christmas Break, Spring Break and Summer Holidays for students registered in the Out of School Care program. Our programs provide children with stimulating, age-appropriate activities within a nurturing, Christian environment. Parents must register their child(ren) for programs offered on non-school days.

FEES

* There is a $25.00 initial registration fee for the Group Child Care Programs.
* Rates are annual fees, which are paid monthly. Payments will be divided equally over 10 months and will begin September 5th of the current year.
* One month's written notice of withdrawal from the program is required. Written notice must be given by the first of the month.
* Those withdrawing without prior notice will be charged for an additional month's fee.
* There are no reductions for shorter months or holidays.

The fees are as follows (fees subject to change):

Drop in (as needed) $7.00 per day $15.00 per day
