St. Andrew's Elementary is comprised of Preschool, Full Day Kindergarten to Grade 7, and Out of School Care.  To the right you will find Admission Notes which provides more detailed information about the admission process, fees, Out of School Care and Preschool.

Below you will find a list of the items necessary for Full Day Kindergarten to Grade 7 applications to be considered complete.  

  • Island Catholic Schools Application Form
  • $50.00 non refundable registration fee
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate (Catholic Students only)
  • Parish Supporter Form (Catholic families only)
  • Documentation regarding legal residency if applicable
  • Legal documentation regarding child custody if applicable
  • Copies of all report cards to date
  • Copies of any psychological, academic, speech or psychiatric assessments
  • A recent photo of your child

Completed applications can be dropped off at the school or mailed.
